DAY 1 - Saturday

Shoes Off, Sunnies On, Let the Week Begin

Welcome to Mallorca! After landing, you’ll transfer to the hotel, check in, and settle into your new home for the week. Take some time to unwind — wander along the beach, relax by the pool, or simply breathe in the Mediterranean air.
17:00 — Group Introduction: Meet your coaches, connect with fellow athletes, and get an overview of the week ahead.


18:00 — Dinner: A relaxed meal to ease into the experience.

DAY 2 - Sunday

Clip In, Chill Out & Soak It Up

Your first ride introduces you to your bike and Mallorca’s iconic training roads. Whether you’re new to Di2 shifting, disc brakes, or just shaking off winter legs, this warm-up route is the perfect start. Enjoy coastal views, sweeping bays, and the same legendary terrain used by Olympic champions and Tour de France riders.

DAY 3 - Monday

Drills, Hills & Coffee Refills

A progressive ride tailored to your ability. Two speed groups keep everyone comfortable and supported with our no-drop policy.

 Whether your focus is distance or elevation, this ride challenges you at the right level — with scenery that makes the effort worth it.

DAY 4 - Tuesday

Lanes, Gains & Ice Cream Pains

Your first coached session at the iconic 50m Best Centre pool. Expect technique refinement, confidence-building drills, and performance-focused coaching.

Optional: Scenic 5km coastal runFinisher reward: Ice cream — the good kind.

DAY 5 - Wednesday

Technique, Tarmac & a Slice of Something Nice

Building on Monday, today’s ride goes further. Two speed groups ensure everyone trains at the right level while enjoying the full group atmosphere.

DAY 6 - Thursday

The Secret Swim Club – Membership Earned

A day of open-water adventure. After breakfast, we travel to one of Mallorca’s hidden coastal gems — a secluded beach perfect for wild swimming in crystal-clear waters with fish, rocky coves, and gentle waves.

Then it’s on to a second secret spot for a headland swim into a cave, where you can relax, take in the atmosphere, and watch cliff jumpers showing off above you.

DAY 7 - Friday

The Democracy Ride – Legs Don’t Lie

Start with The Democracy Ride — the week’s longest ride, with the destination decided by a secret athlete vote. Enjoy Mallorca’s most scenic roads, big climbs, and a short brick run to finish strong.

In the evening, join Swim, Bike, Run… Roast (Gently), our relaxed awards night celebrating standout performances, personal breakthroughs, and unforgettable moments. Zero pressure, pure good vibes — everyone leaves a winner.

DAY 8 - Departure Day

The Day Nobody Wants to Talk About

Optional 5km run — compete for the Park Run Champion of 2026 and a free 2027 camp place.

Transfers leave 3 hours before your flight (1 hr transfer + 2 hrs check-in/security).

Hotel check-out is at 12:00 unless arranged otherwise. Later flight? You can store luggage, enjoy the beach or pool, use changing rooms, and grab towels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the recovery drink suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans?

Unfortunately, not, research shows whey protein from cattle is the most effective protein for recovery and the Omega although exceptionally responsibly farmed and sourced from North Atlantic fisheries, it is fish product.

Will there be Vegan/Vegetarian POWERBAR options for training nutrition during the day?

Yes. A variety of products, flavours and types of energy sources will be on offer. The whole ethos of this camp and the individually selected partnerships are to use professionally designed products for our sporting endeavours and to have the luxury of trying a wide-ranging brand to explore and discover new options and assess how we perform when using them.

Is it optional to come to the Spa for Hot & Cold therapies?

Absolutely, it’s an optional educational part of the training. Come experience our methods, options, and alternatives — and see how these simple protocols could boost your overall power by 20%. Test them on Friday’s culmination ride, after a week of training, nutrition, and recovery, and discover how much they can enhance your performance.

Do I have to have the Carbon hire bike with Di2 group set and disc brakes?

No problem if you prefer to train on your own bike. We encourage racing on the equipment you’ll use so hydration, nutrition, bike fit, and transitions feel familiar.
Just let us know in advance so we can arrange the correct vehicle for your airport transfers.
